- Season the steak tips with Cajun seasoning.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak tips and sear them until browned and cooked to your liking.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked rigatoni to the sauce and toss to combine.
- Return the steak tips to the skillet, mixing everything together.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
Allow leftovers to cool before refrigerating. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Use a splash of cream or milk when reheating to restore sauce consistency.
