  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For sautéing the chicken.

Ranch Sauce Ingredients
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix Can also use homemade ranch seasoning.
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced) Adds flavor to the sauce.
  • 1 cup Chicken broth Can be low-sodium if desired.
  • 1 cup Heavy cream For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt or a lighter cream.
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Garnish
  • to taste Fresh parsley For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine the ranch seasoning mix, minced garlic, chicken broth, and heavy cream in a bowl to create the sauce.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Remove the chicken and add the creamy ranch sauce to the skillet; let it simmer.
  3. Place the chicken back in the skillet, letting it soak in the sauce.
Serving
  1. Garnish with parsley and serve with your choice of sides.

Notes

Store leftover Creamy Ranch Chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. To reheat, place it in a skillet over low heat until warmed through.
