Preparation
- Season lamb chops with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
Cooking
- Add lamb chops to the skillet and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked to your liking.
- In the last minute of cooking, add minced garlic, butter, and rosemary to the pan.
- Baste lamb chops with the garlic rosemary butter.
- Remove from heat and squeeze lemon juice over the chops before serving.
Notes
Serve pairs well with roasted potatoes, green beans, or salad. Rest the meat for 3-5 minutes before serving to allow juices to redistribute.
