Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all ingredients and tools for preparation.
  2. Select high-quality kombu seaweed, matcha powder, and fresh ginger.
  3. Measure 250 ml of filtered water and heat it to about 175°F (80°C).
  4. In a bowl, combine the kombu, matcha powder, and fresh ginger.
  5. Whisk the mixture using a bamboo whisk in a zigzag motion until smooth and frothy.

Notes

Try adding citrus zest or natural sweeteners for enhanced flavor. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
