Ingredients
  

For the Mango Layer
  • 2.5 cups frozen diced mango Use 2 1/2 cups for thickness.
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt Plain yogurt helps maintain creaminess.
  • 1/4 cup honey Adjust to taste.
  • 1 zest lime Adds flavor.
  • 1 cup ice Use between 1/2 cup to 1 cup based on preference.
  • water As needed, only if layer is too thick.
For the Kiwi Layer
  • 3 kiwis, peeled Use ripe kiwis for best flavor.
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt Plain yogurt is preferred for thickness.
  • 2 tablespoons honey Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 cup spinach Optional, for color and nutrients.
  • 1/2 cup ice Adjust based on thickness preference.
  • extra kiwi slices for topping For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Blend the mango layer ingredients until smooth and divide between two large or 3-4 small glasses.
  2. Tap the bottom of the glasses to smooth out the top surface.
  3. Blend the kiwi layer ingredients until smooth and pour on top of the mango layer in the glasses.
  4. Top with kiwi slices and enjoy with a straw!

Notes

Best served immediately; store layers separately in airtight containers for up to 24 hours in the refrigerator. Freeze for longer storage. Tips: Use ripe kiwis, adjust honey gradually, and avoid over-blending.
