Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in vanilla and eggs, mixing well after each addition.

- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing on low speed to combine.
- Stir in the chocolate chips with a spatula until evenly distributed.
Baking
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 9-11 minutes, or until edges are golden.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 2-3 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
