Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb pizza dough Can use frozen, thawed before rolling
  • 1/2 lb thinly sliced steak (ribeye or sirloin) Thin slicing helps with quick cooking
  • 1/2 cup sliced onions
  • 1/2 cup sliced green bell peppers
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese For melty filling
  • 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted) For brushing before baking
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil For sautéing vegetables

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the onions and bell peppers until softened.
  3. Add the thinly sliced steak and cook until just browned. Season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into rectangles.
  5. Place some of the steak and vegetable mixture on one side of the rectangle, then top with mozzarella and provolone cheese.
Baking

  2. Brush the sealed breadsticks with melted butter and bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
