Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Stir in the melted butter.
- Mix in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix in.
- Add the flour and stir until just incorporated.
- Fold in the chopped pistachios.
Baking
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
Serve slices at room temperature for the best texture. Wrap the cooled loaf tightly for storage; refrigerate for up to 5 days or freeze slices for longer storage.
