Preparation
- Drain the salmon and flake it apart.
- Mix the burger ingredients together.
- Form into 4 patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cooking
- Add the burgers and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Serving
- Serve on buns with your choice of toppings, or with a salad or slaw.
Notes
Chill the formed patties for 10–15 minutes before cooking to help them hold together. Adjust the amount of red curry paste to control the heat.
