- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Chop strawberries and fold them into the cream cheese mixture.
- In a separate pan, melt butter and mix with graham cracker crumbs.
Assembly
- Fill taco shells with the cream cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs on top.
- Add whipped cream to garnish.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
