Fruit Ingredients
  • 1 apple, diced Choose a ripe apple for best flavor.
  • 1 mandarin orange, segmented
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
Dressing Ingredients
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Can substitute with dairy-free yogurt if needed.
  • 2 tablespoons honey Adjust to taste if sweeter dressing is desired.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Freshly squeezed lemon juice is recommended.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced apple, mandarin orange segments, sliced banana, diced kiwi, and pomegranate seeds.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Pour the yogurt dressing over the fruit and gently toss to combine.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Serve chilled or at room temperature. Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container for 1-2 days. Add nuts or granola for texture.
